To help you and the teacher to maximize the little time you have, have the teacher complete the following documents in preparation for Round 0, (but keep in mind that this is a problem solving conversation, so make sure the teacher does not feel pressured to have a 'perfect' TAL (Teaching As Leadership) plan. In order to problem solve, just plan on have the teacher share their current progress.
