Be a Community Leader

Science For America currently has openings for the following (see below for a description):

Bloggers

Science For America is looking for bloggers. A blog is like a journal on a specific topic. You'll be writing informative articles to appear on our homepage. A Science For America blogger must be versatile, creative, experienced and well informed on their chosen topic.

We are looking for a minimum of two blog posts per month and a maximum of three blog posts per week. Blog entries don't have to be full articles. Entries should be at least 300 words, but will often be much longer. A blog can be as simple as a website link with your comments or a photo with a description. The entries could also be full articles. They could include a tip or idea, a top 10 list, "how-to's", demos, photo, essays, or a solid lesson plan. The important thing is that whatever material you write is informative and/or entertaining for our readers.

Content Experts

Science Engine is our aggregator of all great things in science education - engaging labs, exciting projects, helpful classroom resources, and much more.  We organize it and help others find it - you screen and rate it so that the best shows up at the top of every list!

We need Content Experts who know their stuff.  You could be screening science videos one day, rating project based learning another, or surfing the web for great science links (lots of great sites out there, we can't offer it all here!).
