Darren M. Fix has been teaching secondary science for over 13 years. He has completed a masters degree in education technology via the iMET masters program at California State University, Sacramento. He is a science and technology nerd who thoroughly enjoys teaching. He loves doing demonstrations of science concepts and trying to incorporate the latest discoveries in science into the classroom. He also integrates computer applications into the science curriculum to further enhance the learning experience. He has presented at education conferences such as the state CUE (Computer Using Educators) Conference as well as the CLHS/CLMS (California League of High Schools/Middle Schools) Technology Conference. He is also currently working part time with the Sacramento Area Science Project. |
